Default 1st tranny and diff fluid change

What a mess!!! I now have oil every where in my garage.

I used this http://www.autobarn.net/oil26101.html for differential fluid, is it the right one???

Is there a better way to pump fluid into the diff than attaching a hose to the bottle?

I know the tranny takes in 2 qts of fluid, however, i only put in 1.75 qt and it started spillling when i lowered the car. After it stopped spilling i put in the filler nut. Do you think my tranny has enough fluid in it??? I led it drain at least 2 hours or so lowered on the ground.

I'm still a newbie. I recently bought a MY00 and I was wondering how often we should be changing the diff. fluids? Should we be doing the change every oil change???
