First: If we leave our headlights on while the car is off do they shut off automatically after awhile?
Second: If I arm my stock alarm...leave the top down then reach inside and unlock the car will the alarm go off? I have tried with no success but I never sat and waited more than a min. I know some alarms take a min or two to set.

First: No, it will just give a beeping sound to alert you they are on (learn something from Subaru, will ya Honda?!).
Second: I don't know... I thought our cars only came with engine immobilizers, not actual "alarms"

I assume it has an alarm...like the horn beeping. I say this because of the panic button on the key ring. My Accord had the same thing and the alarm was the horn beeping as if you hit the panic button. I know I am comparing 2 different cars but they are both honda's so I figured they may share that feature.
Anyone know for sure?

The alarm should go off, if you arm it. Are you sure you have an alarm? To determine, look at your FOB. If you have OPTION versus the trunk icon you have an alarm. Both have the panic button.
If you don't have the alarm, get the WLaurent alarm system - you keep your factory remotes and includes motion and shock sensors.
