Default How to enable stock alarm back on?

OK, my stock alarm was working fine w/o any problems until today. I pushed the unlock+option key for 2 secs to see if I can turn off the beeping sound when I arm/disarm the alarm. Unback of my control, I misread. I thought it said to push unlock+option, but instead it is supposed to be lock+option.

Now all my controls for the alarm don't work and my alarm is disabled? Does anyone know how to enable it back on? I tried lock+option and didn't work either.

I checked my Security System operating instructions manual from Honda and it says I have to reprogram the controls which I did and did not fix the problem.

Any help out there?

I probably can't sleep tonight if I can arm the alarm. Right now I'm just using the key to lock the car. thanks.

That sucks, huh?

Try pulling the "Keyless" fuse for a couple of seconds, then put it back in. That seems to reset mine when it goes out. You might have done something different to yours with your keypresses but I don't have my manual with me.

Try the fuse trick and see if it helps.

Fuse box is near the drivers kickpanel. Keyless fuse is second column first or second fuse. (There is a legend under the dash.)

Be careful that you don't drop the fuse puller behind the kick panel. Guess how I know that...

Good luck.
