My fellow S2000 owners , I have just joined the best car owners club around I bought a S2000 just the other day and I have some questions regarding the care of the car. My S2000 is a 2000 model so the soft top has no window but clear vinal, I was wondering what to use to clean this vinal. Help me out peeps, also I want to buy a S2000 hat and t shirt and good web sites.

 

1st thing, replace that rear window. Contact you dealer for cost and info. That vinyl is no only ugly, but dangerous in my opinion.

 

Check out some boat or aircraft supply places. They have cleaners and polishes for plastic windows of those types. Do NOT open the top when the weather is cold. I would say anything under 50* F and you should not open the top. Ask me how I know...

 

i use a scratch remover specifically for vinyl windows every once in a while. I also use 303 protectant on it, too.
