I've made a similar move. I had an F80 while I had my S2000. The S2000 was more fun on back roads (you can't really use a ~550hp car responsibly on the street) and the race track. Tracking the F80 was cool, but the S2000 has better feedback, requires more skill, and would be less painful to lose. As long as you have a daily, give the S2000 a shot. You will just end up selling it for more than you paid for it.

I highly suggest you look at 987.2 and 981 Porsche Caymans.
