Try the Bay Area S2000 group under "Clubs" and you'll get more notice from the local owners. If you're planning to order one, why don't you just call all of the dealers and ask them yourself?
I can guarantee that Dublin Honda won't sell you one for MSRP, but I've met at least one person who got one there for less than their standard $5000 markup (donated to a local charity, but in their name). There are people in the Bay Area who have purchased 2001 models for MSRP without travelling too far.
