One more time. THE GLASS REASR WINDOW FOR 2002 IS NOT A RUMOR. It's a fact!

This is what I know for a fact. The dealer will tell you what you want to hear to make the sale. I trust a salesman about as far as I can throw him. (no offense, my opinion)

The glass rear window cannot be confirmed or denied. If the plastic window didn't fold I would say glass all the way, things being what they are I don't think it is possible.

The silver and Blue are new colors. I have seen the 2002 color chart when I placed my order. These are not actual color chips. They are a printed representation of the color and from what I know about working with the print industry this is by no means an accurate color match.

The dealer I ordered mine from is slated to recieve a Blue 2002 in October. That is when I will make my decision to keep the order for the Blue or change it. I will post pics as soon as I see the car with my own eyes.

Care to post proof of this fact? It would be a really cool thing, but it's kind of hard to believe without some sort of proof.

No William it's a fact and be ready to eat that crow. Almilli I don't have a "document" to post. All I can say is that my source is VERY reliable.

Jaysom - Welcome aboard, soon!

As others have said the new Silver is supposed to replace our current silvers so if this is the case then yes the current Silver will be discontinued.

MSRP is fair for this car but I know people who have bought for less than MSRP. I myself bought for MSRP with a free OEM car cover. So, if you're personal friends with the GM and all he can do is MSRP he is not a friend. Though, I'd still by it for that if I were you. Just know that you're not getting the "BEST" deal. It's worth it no matter what you pay IMHO.

Once again your GM friend is a "Stinkin'" liar!! I've been told forever that the S2000 was a 2 year limited run (5000 to the states) car that is supposed to commerate the 50th Anniversary of the S500 or was that S600? Well, anyway I've been told that for the last 2 year from dealers all over the country!! Trust me, 2002 will not be the last year! There wasn't even supposed to be a 2002. So, it's obivous you're GM friend isn't such a friend. He's making over $4000 off of you and he's trying to pressure you to buy the car by telling you lies.

Look, by the car, piss on your GM friend and love every second of your new Stook!!

All I can say is I sure hope you're right. That's the one thing this car has been missing from day one. I'm still a little skeptical though, but I'm sure you understand that. I've always though it could be possible if you replace the window well and get the glass to go down into the trunk space. Only time will tell.

One more time for the uneducated, until something official comes out from Honda the glass rear window is still a RUMOR!! I'm not saying that it won't happen, but right now by definition it's only a RUMOR!!!
