2004 Bumper and Exhaust on a 2001?

Any way to install the 2004 rear bumper and exhaust on a 2001?

And 2004 headlights are different right? Can I install 2004 headlights in an 01?

I've put the MY04 bumper and exhaust tips on my MY00 about a year ago. It looks sooooooooooooooooo much better!
