No disrespect intended Gioire.... but I have found that people who actually work for Honda know less about the S2000 than the great people on this forum....

 

I found this on Motor Trend's website today:

"2005 Honda S2000: Redesign with obligatory power boost."

I hope they are right because that's what I'm waiting for.

 

There's also a 360-horse S2000-R!

 

I never said anything about 2005... I was talking about 2004MY... I no for a fact there are no changes 04MY..

But I would love a redesign and something like a Honda made I-6 twin turbo..

That would be awsome!!!!!

But with the WRX STI, evo VIII, 350z, Ultimate Celica (new supra), and RX-8 coming I could see why Honda would do a change...

 

Not all redesigns are improvements. Compare the 5th generation Preludes to the now classic 4th generation.

See how the S2000's "shark front" exaggerated the flare in the front of the '92-'96 Preludes.

 

I read somewhere that '05 will come out late in '04 with a 2.5 liter, paddle shifters, and in coupe version, not a convertible for S2000...
