well I have just heard they are different, but to me they look the same.

 

Oh, they are very different (in a sense).

Different reflector thingy and no "shark gill" turn signals are the first things that come to mind.

 

i hear that the 04 hids aren't as good as the 03's?

 

Haven't really compared to the '03, but they're still the brightest HIDs I've experienced.

 

Here is the 04 headlights off and on.
I used to have an 02 and these HID's are no different from the driver's seat point of view.

Mine are very bright, clear and do their job nicely. I like my '04 lights. And I also like that I didn't have to buy clear versions.

 

I have had several cars with HID and in my opinion the lights on the 04 are the best I have seen. Great pattern. I can't comment on or compare to the previous years.

 

I like the look of the 04 headlights Not crazy about the tail-lights, as i like seeing 2 round lights on each side. This is a great alternative to doing the clear diffusers that 00-03 owners are doing. Im actually considering gettin the 04 headlights instead @ $700 from Hardtopguy
