Default 2005 S2000 on ebay for under 19-grand! Suspicous?

Still under warranty, but just for about 4k more miles. (current mileage is 34k) No reserve, auction ends 11am PDT, 8-5-07. Seller says no evidence of paint work, other than possible bumper touch ups. Seems maybe too good to be true, thoughts?

Always be suspicious of cars on Ebay. My personal favorite is the "I've gotta get rid of this car but I'm in Europe right now...." schpiel.

Not to say you CAN'T find a good deal on that site, just be super cautious and don't get scammed.

Wow, just sold for 21,100, pretty good deal, pending how severe the accident was.

I guess there's nothing wrong with that car then 32k miles for $21k
I pay mine $25.5k in April with 9k miles on the clock.

I watched Ebay for a few weeks before I bought my 02.
There were several listings that had a buy it now for $4,900.00, $6,000, etc. They would say the cars location was in, lets say SFO, so I'd email them and said I live in SFO and I'd like to see the car. So they changed there story and said they were out of country and would be back in 2 weeks. I asked them why did you only list the car for 3 days??
One guy said he was out of country and would be back in a week and had the car with him!
I told him it would take a month to get the car back to the west coast from Europe by boat. But he said he'd fly it back and then sell it to me for $7,900.00, for a 05!
Wow, some guys really know how to BS.
In a little over 3 weeks I turned in about 10 S200's on ebay that were frauds and they got kicked off ebay. Craigslist has even more scammers on it. Butch

No noticeable signs of abuse or cheap repairs from the pics. Just shitty tires.

My ebay experience...car was about an hour and a half away and didn't draw any bids... 03 with 49K miles listed at 19K, Honda certified. After the auction I contacted the owner and ended up buying it for the opening bid.
