First off I woul dliek to say sorry if this is a repost.

But This is new news to me and i just thought i would share.

Temple Of Vtec (www.vtec.net) listed in their model release matrix
that the 2006 honda s2000 will have:

Revised wheels, headrest speakers are standard, outside temp. gauge, DRLs(Day Time Running Lights)?

Nothing personal to the poster, but jesus christ - lock this damn thread! I'm so tired of hearing about the 2006 S2000, only time and Honda will tell....

 

Wow, that doesn't seem to be much of a change if it's true. If anyone cared about the headrest speakers, they have already replaced them. I don't see how important an outside temperature gauge is for a convertible. Most people either have this in a sunny climate where they would have the top down or don't drive it much when temperature becomes a concern. Daytime running lights? I've never even heard anyone comment that they'd like the S2K to have these. The tires might be a nice change, but wouldn't be nearly worth buying a new one for, of course. Again, most would have done that already if it really mattered to them. I'd like to see something done to the engine. Perhaps, nothing more can be done with it.

 

" outside temp. gauge" WTF, it has got to be BS. The car is a convertible, who needs a outside temp gauge, when you are technically outside?

 

I want a retractable hardtop.
