Harpoon, thank you very much for scanning and posting the brochure for us all. It was nice of you and I sure appreciate it. I posted a link to this thread in the Vintage Thread about a new blue coming out.

Damn, they took out the spot for your helmet in the headrest.

I don't like ANY of the changes for the '06. Can't believe I'm saying that.

Actually I don't mind the new steering wheel... but nothing crazy.

You're welcome. I've picked up so much useful information in the last year from this site that I figured it was time to do some work that others could use. I know the guy who sold me my '05 personally, and I knew he'd be able to help me out. The brochures were hidden away in the general manager's office because they didn't want the info out!

Thanks. Harpoon for the info. I was dying to see what the Laguna Blue look like. I like it ... but I have to say I don't like the wheel and the new seats.

VSA is no problem because if somebody doesn't like it, it's easy to turn it off. What's the problem with that? If you dont like it, turn it off. The most important thing is that it saves lifes.

And I thought the AP2 wheels were ugly. These are just plain disgusting.

The steering wheel looks okay, but the center console looks worse.

If I wanted a watered down sports car I'd go with a boxster. If I wanted luxuries like a clock and good sound system and temperatur gauge I'd get any other car out on the road over the S2K. I'll skip it and keep my 9k redline and carpet console. Raw sports cars all the way!

Regarding drive-by-wire it all depends how well Honda has managed to fine tune the system. I have driven several cars with this system and it all depends how well the car maker has developed and tuned it.
