Also, I've heard that the headrest speakers are now standard on the '06.

I concurrently owned 2 E46 BMWs ('00 328Ci and '01 330i) -- one without DBW, and the other with DBW. My wifey and I often swtiched our BMWs and the DBW was quite noticeable on the 330i; in a negative way.

Depends on your point of view. This is the most expensive car I've ever bought. It took some hard swallowing to fork over the money. I don't regret it in the least but this isn't something I can make a regular habit of.

The dealer listed the '06 MSRP at $34,2xx when I ordered my '06.
