Wow, so many different opinions on here. It's more of a preference...Some like it, some don't. It's your choice...Go with what you like.

I still have mine i think they look better with the soft top. but same color hardtop it needs to go.

didn't notice this at all til u mentioned it black and silver looks good without but otherwise leave it on for other colors and esp the CR. it's gonna look awkward without it

So you have an Apex Blue windshield frame? Curious to see if anyone has color matched the hardtop to the rest of the car. I think that would look good.

i doubt any1 would have enough guts to take out their tape. it might look ok with convertible but cr hardtop will look really out of place

I wouldn't remove mine. I have seen the '08 without and don't think it looks as good but that is just my opinion...,

I agree that a blue windshield frame with a black hardtop would not look good. If someone paints the hardtop blue then it would look good.
