2008 s2k
Honestly, you can get an S2000 that is 8 years old and still have pretty much the same car as what you'd get new, so you can buy used and be happy. I'd buy another 04-05 if I needed to replace my S - I don't really see any reason to buy new and spend more money.

It used to be, back in the day. Now white is everywhere, not so exciting. The black and red interior helps, but I'm a bigger fan of the tan.
The new brown leather is amazing, but we don't get it in the States.

i don't buy new cars anymore. That's just throwing money away.
I had good lucks buying low mileage, certified used cars. that seem to be the way to go.

if your first purchase will be a hardtop then why buy the S, just start out with the mommy wagon and be done with it.
And ever think that Honda has not touched the S because its hard to improve on perfection ?

I sat in a 2008 at the Honda dealership and I'd buy one again in a heartbeat.
The new wheels look great, the new softer & smoother leather on the seats is very nice, the red stitching on the black seats is a nice touch, and I like the steering wheel better than my 03.
There's still nothing more fun than an S2000 on the market for $30k.

in fact, i believe there are a lot more people who considered dynamics of driving s more than the simple convt top.
if that is ur case, go ahead and drive ur mommy's sebring

"improve on perfection" ?
isnt it more like because of the fact that s is a flagship model and they had some other plan on "next" flagship car? every heard of nsx?
i don't usually want to be skeptical,
but think twice about writing a such a blatant reply.
