Hi everyone

After holding out buying an s2000 for about a year, I was amazed to have picked up one from 2008 in Suzuka/Nurbergring blue and jumped at the chance to own my very first s2000
The impression I have is that Suzuka/Nurbergring is more common in earlier models, but I wanted one with VSA - fat chat chance I thought. The brochures also bear this out. Am I right, or are there others out there was late models in Suzuka/Nurbergring blue?

So holding out paid off - it's totally the best color s2000 (yes, I know, some call it 'lady boy blue

2008 GT in Suzuka/Nurbergring Blue Metallic

 

It is a gorgeous blue and the later years had black interiors, which helps, but the all-blue interior is not bad.

 

When I first toyed with the idea of getting an s2000, my first test drive with this color with full blue trim - I loved it. Guess what? This has full blue trim too. Tada!

 

So best I can tell is that 2007-8 suzuka was UK only. No idea if they had full blue like the 00-05 or partial like the 2006 USDM s2ks when they left the factory..
