Default 2009 pricing

is invoice price on an ORDERED (not in the US) 09 s2k to my liking a good deal?
OTD is around 35k.

Dealers can order 09 s2000's now? I thought they weren't on the list for 09.

I love the s2000 to death, but even in its prime you could find them on the show room floor for under 34k, sometimes even right on 30k or under. If you really want a new one, do some shopping and get a left over 08.

If you're right, then I need to get on it and go buy my car soon...

I'm pretty sure the cars are still on the block for 2009. This might change if Honda feels the assembly time at the plant could be used for something more likely to sell during tough times. (i.e. Fit, Civic, Insight, etc.) But I'd like to think they've already evaluated the cost of their current vehicle lineup for the 2009 model year...

For the moment though, things look hopeful for MY09...
