208bhp or 240bhp?

Default 208bhp or 240bhp?
Hi

I've been looking through dealer 2nd hand approved S2000's, and some list 208bhp, and some list 240bhp - same year (2002).

Is this a mistake at the dealer, or are there 2 model's available?

It's a mistake. All S2000's from day one have listed their HP as 240.

In reality, the 2002-3 models have a few more HP than the 2000-1 models due to different ECU programming.

240 at the flywheel.

Maybe 208 at the wheels? (okay, on a good, cold dry day at sea level)? Usually more like high 190s...

yes all S2K'S have 240 HP
dont belive everything the dealer tells you or prints in a ad. They mess up on those all too often and over-exagerate the vehicle
