20th Anniversary Prototype Right from TAS 2020

The Tokyo Auto Show just started on the 10th and we couldn't wait to get these pics of the 20th Anniversary S2000 to you.

 

I really wanted to see some Honda speakers or more of those headrest speakers. Maybe an upgraded radio or something to be able to add a double din somehow. Not too big of a fan of the font bumper. But I do like the idea of a supercharger/turbo being sold directly from Honda. Maybe a flashable ECU. Okay maybe I'm asking for too much.

 

Okay, now start selling short blocks again.

 

not much of a story, just enough to tease us. I love the colour - looks like Champ white.

 

so what exactly are they offering? Honda bumpers and mirrors? I really wish like others have said if they started making more useful parts. There is no shortage of after market bumpers...

I don't mind the look of what they came up with for the front bumper (less painted area seems like a good idea for road rash). I wish it was mate instead of gloss black. Also hope it doesn't cost too much or there would be no point. Amuse R1 is already pretty good stock replacement. Do we know if this thing is going to happen (even few cosmetic parts is better than nothing)?

 

List of parts we might see available:
- Modulo front bumper
- Modulo trunk wing
- Modulo Side strakes(probably a re release/remake of the old ones?)
- Modulo suspension

We have seen a few Modulo concepts at TAS before, nothing was ever made off of them though.

 

Would like the acquire that radio cover if possible.

how likely is it honda sells this front bumper ? guesstimate ?

 

It’s been available...Just go to the Chevy dealership and ask for a corvette bumper
