21 and under s2000 owners
I purchased mine at the age of 22 (last summer) just 5 months after purchasing my first house. I have had zero help from parents, I am in a full time career and owned a 1991 Toyota MR2 Turbo since I was 15, which I paid for in full at the time. (Saved up since I was 5 delivering papers)
I bought mine when I was 21. I'd like to thank my corporate sponsors, Invesco and Deloitte hahaha
In a straight line, sure, but on the track (where it's meant to be driven) it's fast. For only having 2.0/2.2L, the HP isn't bad
Normally I wouldn't be a grammar nazi, but you used the wrong you're and the word smart in the same sentence so it made me lulz
I like how you think. Haha

Bought a 1-way ticket to SF and drove home in my AP1 600 miles south to where I am now. Turned 21 nine days later. I've been enjoying the car ever since.

The insurance must be INSANE for someone who is under 23!!

I think it's about $13 more per month than my old Subaru Forester XS was.

Nope I'm 21. I'm the owner and it's paid in full. USAA is just dirt cheap.
I also keep a Del Sol on my insurance and get a massive multi-car discount. It's actually cheaper to insure both S and Del Sol than just the S

I meant the insurance, is it with your parents, or is it separate, your own policy completely?
Purchased SSM MY01 with 57k in October 2011 at 20 years old. Sold my 02' Nissan Sentra SE-R
, though i will not knock it for being an extremely reliable DD, it was just boring. I still owe about 2800 on the S. I DD in NJ, luckily my first winter with it wasn't really winter, more like aggressive autumn.

It's mine. 100%.
Insurance is going to be slightly cheaper now since many of the s2000 are now approximately 10 years old. Now having an 08 AP2 at the age of 18 is different. Its definitely going to be more expensive and most kids won't be able to live comfortably with that
