If money is not a factor, then you should purchase an '03. Afterwards, just buy '04 wheels/bumpers/headlights/tail lights/exhaust tips and you'll be happy with the way it looks. 
Oh and also don't forget to get interior bits of the '04 for your '03 if you want those looks also.

If so, why 60? Because magazines post 0-60 times? In some states, the speed limit on interstates is 70+ mph. Why not be concerned with 0-80 mph?

stop looking at numbers and what people say. if a guy owns a 04 of course he will say 04 is the best or he likes it better than 03. Same goes for 03 owner and say 03 is better than 04.
