What model years are affected by the second gear grind problem? From what I've read here, it's only the earlier cars, but I have the problem on my 2002. Does anyone know the details?

 

My car is an '01 and I was having the grind....not as often as other friends that I know with '00s....when I first took it to the dealership, we couldn't get the problem to duplicate, so they probably assumed I was some nutso chick who doesn't know anything about cars...well, the problem persisted, and got worse.

I took it back, they heard it/felt it and although the TSB is only supposed to be for 2000 models, did in fact do it for my car.

some lucky people, no grind at all
i wish i am the one, but my 02 grind when it's cold.
