two nights ago, when taking a healthy back road drive the car did not shift into second very well at all. The first time I figured that it was me,not pressing the clutch in all the way, but after it happened 6 times and i know the cluth was in all the way and its a straight shot from 1 to 2, i know it was'nt. I know there is a tsb about the 2nd gear synchro but I thought it was only on 2000. Its the same problem in the preludes also.

Then tonight I started my car and went to back out of a driveway when it backfired and stalled the it took 4 tries to get it started???then drove fine the 15 min ride home with no check engine light. I will be checking it for codes tomarrow with my scan tool.
