Umm, I didn't claim that the IS 300 was faster than the s2000. They are both the clear cut leaders of two very different classes of automobiles.

IMO, the S is the best bang for your buck roadster out there. A Lexus is ok, but nothing beats a fast convertible

all i gotta say is if your tall or FAT then your not going to like the s2000. i think the IS300 is a cool car, but it needs more power.

Gosh, when I test drove the IS300 (manual), I was so bored with the car I couldn't wait to get back into my Miata (it may be slower, but it's sure a helluva lot more fun to drive in). After owning an M3, I swore never to go back to driving an automatic again, but it seemed to me that the IS300 auto was much more suitable than the manual. Nice car nevertheless...

I wasn't talking about some 70% finished prototype. This is the final prototype before final production. The company is only making a few changes to the suspension, not the engine.... Again, tests of this car put it at high 14's and not very fast. It was a very disappointing car performance wise. (because of all the hype)
