Default 3:16 pm in tokyo......

i wonder how the merry pranksters are doing....i suspect we'll get snowed by tall tales as soon as they can focus on their keyboard....oh btw the reason i know the EXACT time in tokyo is when i was last there my wife found a seiko clock she couldn't live without. i was a bit suspicious as the only english on the package was"radio wave control"...so when we got home and opened it up the directions[in japanese of course]ominously showed a map of japsn with a tower icon radiating waves....well it seems this particular unit is a home market item and will give perfect time anywhere in the world....as long as the time is in japan!!!!so now we can refer to it anytime and find out -to a trillionth or a second -the time on honshu...3:28:41 pm now.....

hurry up stevens !!!! we wanna know!!!

Cool clock! Leave it to the Japanese to come up with such gadgets. It helps that all of Japan is under one time zone unlike the U.S.

Hi,
I was in Japan with everyone else, but I left on Saturday. I'm in Malaysia now.
I think most of the other members of the group will be leaving Tokyo Tuesday. They should be back in the U.S. on that same day.

My car stereo does this automatically...my TV would, too, if I wasn't using cable.

Really?! What kind of stereo do you have? Certainly, it's not your stock stook stereo, right?#
