what would it take to get this and cost

at flywheel
still waiting for aem ecu ne one have new on this for the 07

Cheapest way would be Nitrous and it would be safe if used properly. Also i would use the following also. I would say 1,000 or less easily
Fuel Pump
Colder Plugs
Good Tires

you can go all n/a or just put a supercharger. supercharger might be just easier and simpler then going all n/a i guess. if you wanna go n/a you will have to port polish, new cams, intake, header, exhaust. it's your choice i guess.

300hp is hard to get NA.

Standard Vortech or Comptech with 7psi will get you to the hp number.

If you're going for that torque number, probably InlinePro Turbo.
