3rd gear problem

lots of time when I change gear to 3rd, it feels like as if gear is not align and want to push gear out when I change it to 3rd
help

Both second and third have a definite feel as they pass the detent to go into gear. I think this is perfectly normal. You certainly know you're in gear this way.

I have the 3rd gear problem from time to time. It feels like the stick is getting kicked back into your hand. It usually goes away once the tranny is warmed up.
