Actually ATS are treated according to an article i've read. "The gear sets are treated by ATS Temper Shot for the substantially increased durability"

My mechanic is quoting me aprox. $325-350 labor only. People elswhere have been charged up to $500 or eevn more.

GUYS! please Make sure a 1000% folds that you buy the installation kit to go with gear installs. which includes new oil seals, new bearings, crush washers etc. will run you about $100.
