how are the 4.77 gears in daily driving? is it a pain or is it not that bad? and also what is the reduction on the top speed with 4.77 i heard it was around 144... all the info i could get on this would be great, also prices for the final drive would be good too

 

Drive in 5th gear,same as 6th with 4.77.
Top speed is around 138;plenty of posts in this forum,with gear calculators.
Is 138 mph,fast enough for you???

 

check the groupbuy section. I believe 4.77's can be had for 380. figure with R&P, install hardware, yellowbox, and labor around 1000 or a bit more.

 

4630rpm to cruise at 75mph. Liveable.
