#4 Cylinder Blown.. Need Attorney
I know in the past there have been issues with Honda Warranty and not covering the #4 cylinder blown issue.
I am currently working my way up Honda Care's Chain of Command trying to get them to cover the repair under warranty..
Did anyone successfully get Honda Care to change their mind after denial of warranty, and if so what did it take.
If you had to get a lawyer, can I get that lawyers information who helped you, so I can get them to help me too?
Thanks for any and all help.

In order to get an attorney, you need to give him a retainer: typically $10k. How much is your engine block worth? No lawyer is gonna represent you for just a $5k repair. Your best bet is pursue this in small claims court.

LOL, only in the US would the first reaction to a mechanical failure be 'need an attorney'. In Aus we'd say 'need a mechanic'.
