4th gear TSB number. Anyone?

I have problems with 4th gear pop out.
Does anyone know the TSB number or have an image of the official tsb document (if there it exists yet)?
Thereby I can show it to my workshop. And they know what parts to look into and lateron possibly order to complete the tsb work.
By the way. My car is a -01. Spa Yellow
