Strip it. Acid dip frame. Seam weld entire frame. Weld in full safety cage. Fuel cell. FRP body panels plus hardtop. Balance and blueprint engine. Custom Motec engine management. Race seats, 5-pt harness, radio link, cool-suit hookup. Spare engine, trans, diff, drive shaft, half-shafts, clutch, rotors, pads, wheels, tires, suspension arms, etc. Brake ducting, oil cooler, trans cooler, diff cooler. Front splitter, rear wing, full undertray with diffuser. Hard suspension bushings, Moton shocks, custom springs.

Am I missing anything?

If I had $50g's I don't think I would go SC. I'd have plenty of dough for a nicely tuned turbo and built up engine for speed. Extra money to solidify the drivetrain and then I'll go looks for the rest

I'd buy a Viper engine with half and give someone the other half to make it fit.

I'd spend it on my S, buy buying her a new friend to play with. The new friend would be named Z06.

Damn straight. I always wanted to do that, man. And I think if I had
Fifty Thousand dollars I could hook that up, cause chicks dig a dude with money.

i think with 50K you can do everything you want to do and still have few left over.
that is a lot of money on mods and you will have the badest s2k.

if it was right now

i will get...

Mugen SS bumper
Mugen CF hood
Mugen CF hard top

Toda Cams, ITB, 2.2 stroker kit, etc...

nice brakes and a custom paint job.
