"As an owner of S2K, I'm gonna have to say $80,000 in mods is BS. Sounds like you got ripped off according to your engine bay picture. FYI, a few the S2000 enthusiast clubs are making fun of you and your $35,000 price!...idiot.

It's a new color than you can get. Fortunately you can do it yourself as well. It's call bare metal silver, also known as Frame.
