Someone on SRTForums.com has claimed to have a friend that has an 850whp S2000 on the "East Coast"

Highest horsepower known to date is Arnold (blues2k03) at 734whp, could be off by a few. Behind that, the record holder for the longest time was Jay (jdmkid35) at 704whp, followed by Alex who was at 618whp.
Jay & Alex are both from Mid-A while Arnold is from New York. The Mid-A area does have a good variety of high horsepower cars, both supercharged and turbo!
