Thumbs up 911 HELP with Gas Cap Removal

Hey everyone! I am so glad to have found this forum. I got a frantic call from my mom who just got a S2000 and she can't figure out how to open the gas cap! She lives almost 300 miles away and I told her I would check in to it and call her right back.I have no clue as I have a Honda Oddysey, LOL!Can someone help a mom out here?

door sill that faces the front, right behind your left shoulder about 8 inches low- find the knob and pull it.

OMGOsh! You are so awesome! Thanks for the quick response. I am calling her now. I was laughing at her for not having her owner's manual with her. To tell you the truth she may not have had her glasses with her either! Gotta love those grannies in their "cute" sports cars!

Anyway, many thanks!
Molly

I know how you feel. Right from the lot I purchased it, went straight to the gas station to put some gas. Took me a good 10-15 minutes to find it. . And I couldn't find the manual so I was on my own. Didn't know about the secret compartment till 3 weeks later and thats where I found my owners manual.

It's a dirty trick, hiding the manual in the secret compartment

I found the gas door release right away. It was figuring out how to shift into reverse that took me a while.
