thanks guys, wl try and figure out how to put pics on the post as i am pretty much a nurd when it comes to computers (except when it comes to my ps2). can anyone let me know how to post pics step by step? i can use the scanner at my work place as i only hv photos taken by my 35mm camera.

if it is likely that the sard fpr is slowing the car down, wl speak to my garage to remove it then. do u know what it theer for then? what use is it?

Hard to tell without knowing the specs on the FPR but you're running stock injectors, no FI and I'm assuming a stock fuel pump. I'm not sure why he put it in there. You may want to ask.
