Default Accessories: Seat Back Pockets

Too those who bought the Seat Back Pockets: The one on the drivers side does not hang stright. Does anyone else have this happen? If so what has Honda done about it? Thanks for any help.

mine hang straight, but the cords werent long enough- the pockets blocked the lucid speakers... i used long red heavy rubber bands to lenghen the cords- looks o.k. and works great.

I assume that you're talking about the Honda pockets that hang from the hooks on the panels behind the seats. If not, please accept my apologies and disregard this reply.

If I remember correctly, and that becomes more questionable every day, the instructions that came with mine stated that it was for the passenger's side and wouldn't hang straight on the driver's side.

If you look at the pocket, the snap at the bottom is off-center. The trim clip in the rear panel that you replace with the rubber plug for the male snap/screw isn't centered between the hooks.

So I guess the answer to the question about what Honda has done about it is that they explained it wouldn't hang straight on the driver's side.

You could probably find a way to put a snap at the bottom of one of the pockets to be off-center the other direction the same amount and it would probably hang straight. I think I'd try to find another snap and install it, rather than removing the original, out of fear that removing the original snap would put a hole in the pocket.
