Very sorry to hear about your situation, bro.

Hoping that you recover well, and will be able to put this behind you and enjoy life again.

I'm no expert at a-v malformations, but I do anesthesia and have seen a lot. If you have questions, feel free to ask. Even if I don't have an answer, I can probably get one for you.

Thanks for sharing your story, and keep us posted on your recovery.

-Pete

That is pretty serious-sounding accident. I'm glad you've made it out and are progressing. Best of luck to you

Overall I am doing very well. The doctors told my parents that it could be a year til I am functioning enough to leave the hospital but I did it in 11 days.
I am having a little trouble with vocabulary but not noticeable to most people.
I also need a lot more structure to stay on top of things.
I have to work on my balance more, I can't really do more than walk, but I am getting better everyday!

I as watching a movie last night called Lookout. It was kinda dumb, but it was a similar situation in the sense that after a serious car accident he had a problem with sequencing. Figuring out the order in which to do things logically, or to remember the tasks to take care of. Required a lot of writing things down in the movie.

Again, good luck, Lucky.
