Default Accord Key w/ integrated remote

Apologies if this has been asked before, but can the 2005 Accord key (with the remote buttons on the key) be programmed to work on the S2000? Anyone done this before?

Does the 2005 Accord have an immobilizer chip in the key?

I want to say no. There are a few threads floating out there from when the accord intro'd that key a couple years ago (I think it debuted with the '03 redesign), but no one could get it working, and it involved serous key surgery to get the S2K immobilizer chip in there. If I remember right, the accord has an immobilizer chip, but it's incompatible, as are the remote buttons.

I would pay a lot of money for one key with the immobilizer chip, the remote buttons and a lojcack early warning transmitter built in. The enourmous key is OK by itself, but combined with the two enourmous fobs is really getting on my nerves.

I'd just want a fob that remotely rolled my windows down.
