Tonight as I was driving back into the west side of Los Angeles I had a little encounter with a brand new Acura over the Sepulveda pass. For those of you who know the area this all started after I made a left trun off of Ventura Blvd and went all the way up to the Getty Center. We were having fun dicing around going up the hill but once we stopped at a red light....I got smoked. Are the Acura's really that fast or do I need to work on my launching? This Acura was brand new(no plates)and I believe the badge on the trunk lid said 3.5(maybe 3.2)...no matter it was one fast car and since I'd had a few beers in me I figured it best not to push the issue.

Quick word of advice... if it's a big two door, and says CL Type-S... fear it.

More so, if it for some reason is showing hints of a manual tranny... YES, the manuals are back for you old Legend coupe lovers... Fear it more. I'm already hearing stories of low 14s. Quick i/h/e and you have a BIG 13 second car.

And when you do see one,may I suggest you just give the driver a friendly wave of the hand and be on your way.
