The perforated panels in the seat backs pop out so are easy to redo in red or another colour. Unfortunately the perforated section of the seat base is sewn to the bolsters so it's a much bigger job.

And if you got to that much trouble it would be wise to replace the leather on the bolsters too as it's pretty bad quality.
