If I were you, I would have a talk with whoever sold you those Volks. They should have told you what tires you could use, what size to get and how low you can go without rubbing. I am sure the wheels and tires "fit". I am also sure that the lowering springs that you have "fit". But, the combination does not. next time, before you do any mods, you might want to do a search or reasearch a bit more and see if there are going to be any conflicts with parts that you already have.
