0 to 14 on the newer s2000. I’ve have decided to go with the newer 04 with 19k miles. Plan to get it Saturday and start with all maintenance first. Owner has had it for two years and only drove it 1k miles. I’ll do fluids and tires asap. I did bring a family member very familiar with Hondas to check it already

 

I specifically wanted an AP1 when I was shopping. I would shoot for a 02 or 03 AP1 due to the improvements(rear glass, transmission improvements, banjo bolts) over the early AP1.

That said I would get the best deal I could get, balance how nice it was vs the price.

Parts aren't impossible to find to "fix up" an S2000, but are not cheap, and are not as easy as fixing up other cars.

I bought the 2004 with 19k miles. Drove it all weekend. Plan to do all maintenance asap. New tires, plugs, oil and filter. Loving the new car so far!!!
