Advice on lowering springs...
I have RSR's Ti2000's
I wasnt too sure if I liked them or not at first. but then I put on a set of Koni Sports, and it is great. Run them at full soft on the street and firm up front soft in the rear on the track. Great budget suspension IMO. My buddy has KW v3 coilovers on his car and I dont think they are that much better than my setup. and mine is a 1/4 of the cost.

I believe that uneven drop in Espelirs (or any spring for that matter) are probably a result of improper installation. Many folks don't properly preload the suspension before TQing the suspension down.
Also....bouncy to me means underdampened. This should not be confused with the feel of a car with higher spring rates.
Based on what the op wants....I'd reccomend a progressive rate spring.
