I have been running the T1R coil-overs for awhile and ride quality is very decent. I have been tracking with these suspension once and I like ti very much. If you want more info, you can find more info at AJ Racing

I've got the Ground Control and Koni's and they are great for both track and street. I had the PSS; they are NOT adjustable for damping at all. They adjust the suspension up and down only. With the Koni shocks with the GC's, you can adjust suspension up and down PLUS your shock damping firm or soft. You can also call Ground Control, like I did, to get a custom spring rate that suites YOUR driving style. Not bad for under 1K. I do track my car and this set up works for me.

I heard they just use "tokico blue" struts
H&R coilovers are bilstein struts mated to H&R springs. Think of it as a Bilstein PSS except it uses H&R springs in the coilovers. BTW Bilstein sources their springs in the PSS and PSS9 coilovers from Eibach.

If you have about $1000 to drop on a suspension then head over to the ForSale boards and pick up a set of used coilovers. You should easily be able to get a set of RA's for that price range.
