I am in my fifties. Most of my contemporaries don't understand why I own a two seat roadster. Most of them didn't understand it 30 years ago either.

I own it because I want to own it. Enthusiasm for a sportscar/roadster knows no age. The thrill of driving a sportscar doesn't stop at 25. That is what I think. Still, many people think that it is something that I should have outgrown on my 30th birthday.

I am curious about the average age of the S2000 owner. I think we are from all age groups.

 

Please do a "search", this "age" topic has been running thread for a long time. The range the last time I saw it was 15 to 70 with most in the late thirties. There are bar graphs and the whole works.

This thread topic has come around a couple of times before. Today is special for me personally: birthday #64. Unfortunately, I will probably not get to use the S2000 today, since I am committed to a lengthy motoring expedition with my 90 year old mother to one of her numerous medical specialists, and that means using the big old VW Passat. Bummer.
