The graph is just what I'd expect to see, many more younger people driving them and as people age their motoring needs change.

Has anyone noticed that younger drivers (under the age of 19) are always very quick to tell people their age? Some of them just interject it into posts where it has no relevance, I guess just to see how people react.

I'm 20, and if I had an S2000 (I will next summer), I'd be proud that I could afford and own one, since I'll have no help from anyone. I guess we're the first ones to post, cuz we are all proud of it.

Keep in mind this is a poll of just those on our site, and not representative of the entire group of S2k owners. I would guess that a higher % of younger people (40 and under) use this web site than older people ( 40+).

I read somewhere that the average age of an S2k owner nationally is 40, and the average income is $60k

jelliotlevy,

Happy Birthday! Mine is on the 15th. My mother would be 95. I always regret not asking her and my father more questions about their childhood an my grandparents. Hope you quiz your mother about family stuff while she is still around. Friend of ours even recorded their parents discussing these types of things.
