You can pull your stock airbox lid off or install a CAI.

AEM makes a great Cold Air Intake for the S2000.
There is now the original version - $210 to $250 (U.S.)
and a version 2 (V2) that just came out. I'm not sure of the price.

For exhaust - there are a number of choices depending on performance needs and your taste for the tone. Many hi-performance people are going to a 3" single exhaust. I prefer the look of the dual tips, and I am basically still stock.

Spugen and Invidia systems are popular here in So. Cal. The Spugen gives a nice deep tone compared to the Invidia - which is pretty loud.

Ofcourse opinions will vary.

Whatever you decide, your S will thank you.

Peace,
Hockey
