Any of you guys had their top replaced by Honda because of extensive airleak. Tried the plastic tubing on the hooks, worked for a week, started leaking again , started wrapping electrical tape around the hooks, good for a couple of days then it starts again just now I wrapped the phuck out of the hooks and put some more tape where the top meets the windshield. I usually drive 10-11 hours a week 5-6hours a day avg. 80mph and its phucking annoying when it gets loud and it does get loud.
I know theres alot of us that have this problem, but was wondering if anyone asked Honda for a new one(w/ the glass window )

 

The top is a POS!!! Good luck with a replacement from Honda.

 

No $h1t!! I figured Ill be needing about a dozen of horseshoes to get Honda to replace it, just wanted to see if anyone tried it

 

Did you get the hardtop striker TSB 01-037 done? If not, get 'er done.

 

Have no clue bought the car used about year and a half ago, will go in and ask 'em to do it

 

Have the dealer pull up the VIN and see if any of the other TSBs have been performed.
